I Am Yours 03:17
NEVER RUN AWAY I think about you night and day When doves will return from far away, When the sun comes up again And sets down in the west The best is yet to come I am yours in the summersun I am yours again It's the best day of them all for a long, long time It's the best day - mmmmmmh You'll never know what is left or right The sound of music keeps you up all night Many roses had to die, but all the flowers will return For you and for me I am yours in the summersun I am yours again It's the best day of them all for a long, long time It's the best day.... I am yours in the summersun I am yours again It's the best day of them all for a long, long time It's the best day - Everyday

Take You In 03:23
TAKE YOU IN Bam, bam, bam..... It's the end of this town Where this road gonna take you The end of this town Where we will meet again You cannot miss, so bright and clear Warning signs all disappear Where we will meet again …..bam, bam, bam.. Always more than I know More that you are giving More than I know So bittersweet and light It's still dark when you arise sparkles in your sleepy eyes so bittersweet and light Forever I'll take you in Never loose and always win Never steal another day Forever I'll take you in Never loose and always win Never steal another day ….bam, bam,bam

EVERYBODY LOVES YOU You can run, you can crawl, You can stop, the water from the fall. You may sink, down below Still the sun shines everywhere you go Because everybody loves you Everbody loves you, Everbody loves you, when you're near Close the door, close your eyes Lift your head up to the summer skies. Count the stars, when they shine Take what's yours, have everything what's mine. Because everybody loves Everbody loves you, Everbody loves you when you're near Don't turn around and walk away Shut your eyes, no words to say..
4.
All You Have Left Behind Since you went away I am laying here alone, With nothing left to do, just practise saxophone Should I call you up, should I clean the moon, Should I dance alone to „Seven rooms of gloom“ I can tell you now, what I am going through It's just endless autumn rain And a minor chord refrain I find sour milk and damp And a blown up guitar amp It's all you've left behind All you've left behind The mornings and the days are slowly passing by, They are basically the same, just with a different sky It's just endless autumn rain And a minor chord refrain I find sour milk and damp And a blown up guitar amp It's all you've left behind All you've left behind!

Anyway No Way I'll bury this love in my secret graveyard Filled with shattered dreams and a heart torn apart I´ll dig a deep hole, smash down my memories Of streets the we´ve walked and places we loved I´ll hush up your voice, sweet lover´s talk At last and finally I´ll have to give up There is anyway no way, my love Anyway no way, my love Anyway you say, Anyway no way Anyway no way, my love.... So cut your name deep, across my heart Pouring the graveyard, with all of my blood No chance to grow up, no time to get old A lost and dying love, it´s over, cut off There is anyway no way, my love Anyway no way, my love Anyway you say Anyway no way Anyway no way, my love.... my love
6.
Let Me Know 03:02
LET ME KNOW If you want to see me, Always call my name If you are feeling lonely You better do the same If you really love me, please let me know If we are together, don't let me go If you really love me, let me know If you're feeling sad Don't ever hesitate You may have your doubts Don't ever make yourself mad If you really love me, please let me know If we are together, don't let me go If you really love me, let me know
7.
THE FIRST TO KNOW You close your eyes, you have a dream of all the chances that might have been and every night you sleep alone friendships, that have come and gone You, you are the first to know What I need, where I wanna go You are the first to know You're breaking your heart in two, just for everyone, It is never easy nor is it always (is it always, is it always) fun You fill your fridge, you close the door pick towels from your bathroomfloor You pull the curtains all the way No idea - if it's night or day You, you are the first to know What I need, where I wanna go You, you are the first to know You're breaking your heart in two, just for everyone It is never easy nor is it always, is it always, is it always fun

The Railway Tavern There is a tavern by the railroad, Its name is still the same I'm waiting by the window, King Henry is in a frame Cars are passing slowly, time is running fast Still waiting for my drink, I was first but get it last Now I hold my pint of cider, for you I ordered too Because I can feel you coming, otherwise I'll drink the two a lonely boat is sinking, I still can see its name MaryLou in colours, I still think it is a shame I am halfway under water, halfway up the tree The end of this journey starts a new century I am halfway under water, half up in the tree I am drowning in a pool of a fainted memories The tavern by the railroad, its name is still the same I just keep on waiting, King Henry is in a frame Cars are passing slowly, time is standing still I am packing up my bag, but first, I'll pay my bill. I am halfway under water, half up in the tree the end of this journey starts the new century I am halfway under water, halfway up the tree I am drowning in a pool of fainted memories

Drift Away 02:55
Drift away I'll try to get out - escape from my soul Speak like an actor, play like an actor, A different role I'm running away - run away from this scene Cheating the demons and the vampiers - following me But the harder I try - the more I see I can't get away - get away from me And the harder I try - the more I see You only drift, you only drift away You only drift, you only drift away I try to be the one - with a beautiful mind A gorgeous smile behind a mask Untrue and kind I'll try to be the one - the one you´ll never miss The one you will run - a hundrethousand miles for a kiss But the harder I try - the more I see I can't get away - get away from me And the harder I try - the more I feel You only drift, you only drift away You only drift, you only drift away
10.
The Reason 03:13
THE REASON You are the reason I am here, reason I cry Reason I laugh, until it hurts in my eye A door with no key, under the stars Silver and gold lead me right where you are Because I won't stay here alone I want you back where we belong... You are the reason I dance, reason I sing Reason I say, that you are my everything We talk until two, sleep until four I reach for your hand, when you walk out that door.. Because I won't stay here alone I want you back where we belong... We will walk down to the seaside, when it is summer Wait until the sun's coming down on you... We will walk down to the seaside, when it's summer In the winter, in the rain...
11.
Wall Of Sound What's on your mind, when the night comes Wish it's just a world of wonders Time keeps on driving Endless minutes without you and me, me and you Time and only time will tell you We should live by the water now When the tide comes in Keep drowning in your love through thick and thin Spinning around our hearts to the Wall of Sound Spinning round and round.......... I know that I'll keep loving you, As long as the sun keeps shining I'll keep wanting you, As long as the rain keeps pouring down on me Down on you, pouring down, down, down, down.. We should live by the water now When the tide comes in Keep drowning in our love through thick and thin Spinning around our hearts to the wall of sound Spinning round and round..........
12.
I Dance 03:02
I DANCE See the years we laughed See the tears we've cried Is this for tomorrow and our yesterday we said goodbye Right before my eye So close to my heart I reach out with my hands but I hold nothing in the end But I dance, I dance I'll dance with you 'til the morning when I find you, I find you Well I dance, I dance I'll dance with you 'til the morning when I find you, I find you Streets are painted gold You've been gone, that's I've been told I won't believe in everything I hear Because you are everything One more time I'll tell you so That's all that I can do, all that I can do... Well I dance, I dance I'll dance with you 'til the morning when I find you I find you
13.
Now and Then 02:54
Now and Then Every now and then a memory of pain Hits me like heavy rain in an empty space Nothing to hide, still fallen from grace And every now and then I feel the black despair And no one who cares, remembering promises Only made to be broken, remembering lies And all the words left unspoken Written in your eyes And every now and then, so soft and clear, I hear your voice warm and near I turn around, but there´s only a mirror - reflecting a tear And every now and then darkness covers me A heavy coat – black, wet and cold A getaway thought follows speechless stay - Run run away... And every now and then I still search the sun And escape the fear, please open your arms again And I'll dry my tears Please warm my heart again and ease my pain Every now and then Every now and then Every now and then...

about

STOOTSIE: „Riverside Tales“

über vergangene wie erneut kommende Sommer nach (Motto: „Many roses had to die, but all the flowers will return“).
